為確保鱗板輸送機的運行,不僅要保證生產質量和各部位的安裝質量,而且要做好鱗板輸送機的安裝和調整工作。一般情況下,鱗板輸送機的安裝是在生產(chan)廠(chang)內首(shou)先(xian)組裝構件,然后將(jiang)相互不相關的零件運送到應用現(xian)場(chang),完(wan)成(cheng)整個(ge)設備的組裝。其安裝流程大概如下所示(shi):
1、根據(ju)鱗(lin)板輸(shu)送機(ji)的使用說明,確(que)定機(ji)器的垂(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)軸(zhou)。垂(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)軸(zhou)是(shi)所有輸(shu)送機(ji)的裝配標(biao)準,在工廠內(nei)部結構上,一般要根據(ju)工廠柱(zhu)網標(biao)記。畫線時,*最好(hao)以(yi)廠房柱(zhu)網為標(biao)準,畫出輸(shu)送機(ji)的垂(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)軸(zhou)和頭、齒箱(xiang)的垂(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)軸(zhou)。如(ru)果(guo)與帶式輸(shu)送機(ji)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)的機(ji)械設備已經組裝到位(wei),并(bing)且(qie)在安裝過程(cheng)中,軸(zhou)線應(ying)根據(ju)相(xiang)(xiang)鄰(lin)機(ji)械設備的相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)寬度確(que)定,并(bing)且(qie)與工廠柱(zhu)網絡(luo)的相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)規格僅供(gong)參考,以(yi)便更容易確(que)保運輸(shu)系統工作;
2、在輸送機(ji)的垂直中(zhong)線上,首(shou)先擺脫頭軸(zhou)榫中(zhong)心線的中(zhong)間位置(zhi),然后沿垂直軸(zhou)逐項準確測量。下尾軸(zhou)榫的中(zhong)間位置(zhi)根據輸送機(ji)總長度規格確定;
3、以以上軸線為依(yi)據,明確相關聲卡機架的(de)土地腳部(bu)位(wei)、軌道安(an)裝部(bu)位(wei)、驅動機構定位(wei)核心規格等;
4、確認了各中間位(wei)置以后(hou),應(ying)根據土建工程建筑施工圖,搜索出(chu)相關承(cheng)重(zhong)結構并給(gei)予清除,然后(hou)按照(zhao)使用(yong)說明要求進行(xing)各種各樣聲卡機架(jia)組裝;
5、安(an)裝完畢后,進行聲卡機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(包括(kuo)頭(tou)架(jia)、尾架(jia)、中間支撐架(jia)、驅動機(ji)(ji)構等)的軌(gui)道安(an)裝;
6、組裝傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)輪(lun)(lun)軸構件、拉緊鏈(lian)(lian)輪(lun)(lun)軸構件和(he)(he)鏈(lian)(lian)輪(lun)(lun)鏈(lian)(lian)時,確保(bao)共面(mian)偏差盡可能(neng)小(xiao);鏈(lian)(lian)輪(lun)(lun)軸應相互(hu)平行(xing);同(tong)一鏈(lian)(lian)條的(de)鏈(lian)(lian)輪(lun)(lun)鏈(lian)(lian)應始終(zhong)保(bao)持在(zai)同(tong)一平面(mian)上,以防(fang)止傾(qing)斜和(he)(he)振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。鏈(lian)(lian)輪(lun)(lun)鏈(lian)(lian)的(de)共面(mian)偏差會導(dao)致(zhi)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)橫向(xiang)晃動(dong)(dong)(dong),導(dao)致(zhi)鏈(lian)(lian)和(he)(he)鏈(lian)(lian)輪(lun)(lun)側磨(mo)和(he)(he)沖擊,從而(er)削弱傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)過渡配合處的(de)連接牢固性(xing)。嚴重(zhong)者需要(yao)切(qie)斷銷釘等止鎖零件,導(dao)致(zhi)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)腹(fu)部爬向(xiang)嚙(nie)合角;
7、連接電腦設備;
8、組裝(zhuang)(zhuang)輸(shu)送鏈(lian)(lian)。首(shou)先把(ba)各開(kai)(kai)鏈(lian)(lian)按長短精(jing)密(mi)度(du)分為多組,在地面展開(kai)(kai)弄直;然后再進行(xing)合理配(pei)置并(bing)相互連接,使同(tong)一皮(pi)帶輸(shu)送機(ji)里的多掛輸(shu)送鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)長短盡量相同(tong),當輸(shu)送鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)的配(pei)件構造不一樣且富有(you)幾掛傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)并(bing)排(pai)使用中,應(ying)注意左右兩邊正(zheng)確配(pei)備。同(tong)時在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)(an)(an)上(shang)(shang)鏈(lian)(lian)輪鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)前要進行(xing)一下盤(pan)嚙檢(jian)測,檢(jian)測其(qi)齒合是不是過緊(jin)(jin)或太松。假如(ru)過緊(jin)(jin)或盤(pan)嚙不起,則其(qi)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)就不可以(yi)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)應(ying)用;安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)使用傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)時還需要注意有(you)一些止鎖(suo)零件的組裝(zhuang)(zhuang)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)和鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)的運作方(fang)(fang)位(wei)相一致,以(yi)防止沖(chong)擊性、顫動(dong)(dong)(dong)、撞擊時掉(diao)下來。安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)調試傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)時,應(ying)先拉緊(jin)(jin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置松到極(ji)限值(zhi)部(bu)位(wei),在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)串連結(jie)束(shu)后,還要對傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)實(shi)施(shi)繃(beng)緊(jin)(jin)。假如(ru)輸(shu)送鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)(tiao)上(shang)(shang)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)二(er)級(ji)配(pei)件,那樣這時也(ye)應(ying)當與此同(tong)時裝(zhuang)(zhuang)好;
9、在輸送鏈條配件(jian)(jian)上設置承(cheng)重預(yu)(yu)制構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)。為(wei)了確保(bao)組(zu)裝(zhuang)精密(mi)度,一(yi)(yi)般應先(xian)將(jiang)承(cheng)重預(yu)(yu)制構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)按(an)4個(ge)或8個(ge)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)分類;隨后(hou)先(xian)裝(zhuang)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)的件(jian)(jian),裝(zhuang)上后(hou)重新(xin)安裝(zhuang)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)的件(jian)(jian);先(xian)后(hou)將(jiang)承(cheng)重預(yu)(yu)制構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)裝(zhuang)牢,與(yu)此同(tong)時調整(zheng)一(yi)(yi)下各鄰近承(cheng)重預(yu)(yu)制構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)間(jian)隙或重合間(jian)距。承(cheng)重預(yu)(yu)制構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)若是為(wei)數次(ci)組(zu)成時,需提(ti)前拼(pin)裝(zhuang)好;
10、組裝鱗板輸(shu)送機(ji)的許多附(fu)屬裝置,如各種各樣安全性保(bao)護罩、安全護欄及底(di)坑后(hou)蓋板、原(yuan)材料溜管、導料槽等;
11、在(zai)相關安裝中,并且對自動控制(zhi)系統進(jin)行施工;
12、對整(zheng)個皮(pi)帶輸送機表面,按(an)設計要點涂面漆或者進行別的表層安(an)全(quan)防護解決;
13、開(kai)展試(shi)運行,調節(jie)不符設計要點和完善(shan)的那一部分。
